Mr. White is a 30 Year Executive with experience in business management, development, project financing and structuring of Equipment, Energy and Technology Projects. Mr. White’s career began in the energy business building trash to energy facilities for Waste Management RESCO Facilities. He has 25 Years of commercial lending experience with AT&T Capital, Newcourt Financial, CIT, and GE Capital. Current Positions include President of TJW Company which sets up financing and leasing programs for manufactures in the energy and equipment industries. Sustainable Energy Management Systems as VP Sales and Finance. Mr. White joined the executive team of SEMS in late 2016 to focus on Growth in Commercial and Utility Solar and Energy Projects. Mr. White runs and manages SEMS manufacturing financing and leasing programs.

Laurie Colbert General Manager

Laurie has over 35 Years experience in working with Animals, Animal Rescue, and Shelters. Current Position at Sarasota Humane Society. Laurie brings her experience with animals to The Human Factor to help manage our partner relationship and she is our go to person for animal questions.

Terry has over 35 Years experience as Business Manager at the County, State and School Districts. Terry joins the Human Factor to help with Grants For Profit and Non Profit. Her Experience is welcome here at the Human Factor to assist in Office Management and Grants

Brian has over 40 years experience in operations, maintenance and facility management. Brian Joins The Human Factor to help Lead our Beach Walks, Clean Ups and to lead our onsite operations. Brian has found these shark teeth and so many more.
